Apple Pie

Now this is a beautiful sight...

... and that's the end of our red apples. Feels good to have not let them go to waste.

Jenna and I spent the day bottling pie filling. She made a sugar added recipe and I made my family's "No Sugar Apple Pie" recipe. We didn't have quite enough jars so I made a couple of pies. They were GOOD.



Of course, my favorite part is the crust with the apple juice soaked into it.

Does anybody need a GREAT pie crust recipe? Let me know - it's easy too.
